Metronome: BPM Tempo & Haptics is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the app does and does not collect.

Data We Do Not Collect

The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• No account registration or sign-in is required
• No usage analytics or tracking is performed
• No advertising identifiers are accessed or shared
• No data is sent to any server or third-party service

On-Device Only

All app features — including audio playback, haptic feedback, and tempo settings — run entirely on your device. Your settings (such as tempo and time signature) are stored locally using standard iOS system storage and are deleted when the app is uninstalled. No data is ever transmitted externally.

Apple Watch

The watch app communicates with the iPhone app only through standard WatchKit connectivity for syncing tempo settings between devices. No data leaves your devices.

Crash Reporting

If you have opted in to sharing diagnostics with Apple (a system-level setting on your iPhone), Apple may receive anonymous crash reports when the app crashes. This data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and is not accessible to us in a form that identifies you.

Children’s Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and whether it is sold or disclosed to third parties. We do not collect any personal information, and we do not sell personal information to any third party.
